Horncastle Town Hall, situated opposite the junction of Boston Road and Mareham Road, will have it’s fate decided next week when the town will go to the polls to decide it’s fate. This farcical vote will cost the local community £5,200 according to the Horncastle News, and has caused the shelving of two other projects. [...]
