Horncastle Town Hall, situated opposite the junction of Boston Road and Mareham Road, will have it’s fate decided next week when the town will go to the polls to decide it’s fate. This farcical vote will cost the local community £5,200 according to the Horncastle News, and has caused the shelving of two other projects. [...]

Strange callers to mobile, 0703 and 02920822640

Ever had a call from an 0703 number that rang once, and then cut off?
Getting missed calls from 02920822640 or another 0292 number?

eBay Non Paying Bidders, leaving negative feedback !

Well what can you do? You list an item, it sells, you send an invoice, they don’t bother paying. You then send a polite note asking whether there is a problem, and receive the response that the cheque is in the post. Five days later, no cheque, so you issue a non paying bidder alert [...]

Spore - the new mega game?

Will Wright, the brains behind Sim City and The Sims, has created Spore, which if early indications are anything to go by, will be the biggest game of the year, and further cementing his reputation [...]

The joy of social networking

Facebook, Myspace, Bebo - normally places I avoid like the plague, but having found my family, Facebook has become a tool for us to chat quite easily. This unfortunately opens you up to abuse from others, especially when playing some of the games. Sometimes you stumble into a group, make a flippant comment and then [...]

Are eBay determined to kill off auction sellers?

It doesn’t seem that long ago when this little auction site first hit the internet news. Suddenly auctioning off your old stuff, was very easy, but this seems to have seriously changed in the last few months, and most of the blame can be laid at eBay’s door in my opinion.
