Horncastle not worthy of NHS dentist?

Hot off the rumour mill.
The only dentist in Horncastle that treats NHS patients, is Hartoch’s, and there is a rumour that he is trying to sell up.
He wants the local Primary Trust to buy him out apparently, or he will be forced to go private. Unfortunately it seems that the local Primary Trust don’t believe [...]
