Facebook, Myspace, Bebo - normally places I avoid like the plague, but having found my family, Facebook has become a tool for us to chat quite easily. This unfortunately opens you up to abuse from others, especially when playing some of the games. Sometimes you stumble into a group, make a flippant comment and then spend the rest of the evening suffering abuse ranging form the mildly ‘ugly’, to threats of violence, to people calling you pedo, all information gleaned from a profile image. It is however interesting to see how new players, join up with them, laugh and encourage, as though sensing blood in the water. Good job I’ve been through the mill, or it might actually upset me. 
I guess the best advice here is…
Don’t take the comments on these ’social’ networks to heart, it’s just a symptom of how bad our society is becoming!
